I think you make it less and less in your diet untill it ia fased out or you go cold turkey. I had coffee with heavy cream the first 2-3 weeks and a piece of dark chocolate once in a while, but I lost interest in it and just stopped. Maybe trying to quit the flavoring of your coffee and have it with heavy cream or butter instead, might help. This way you dont have to quit the whole rutine about coffe in one go. You can also make the coffee decaf. it will also help get rid of addiction to it. Also remember that it takes at least 3 weeks to form a new habbit also you have to be a bit persistent in the beginning! 😊
