Making it with Cumin powder and smoked paprika allows me to add it to either Indian or mexican foods. I also like to keep some spicy ones around so that I can just snack on the cubes. I take the spicy ones, coat them with a bit of corn starch, ginger, black salt, garlic, and curcumin before roasting it in the oven or air fier. Those make for either good chunks for gravies or snacking. I just heat them in the toaster oven for a bit.
