Serious question, what can I do to expand my audience on #YouTube beyond men?
I know from my feeds both here and on Bluesky that there are a significant number of people across the gender spectrum who are interested in the general topics of my videos (#programming, #rust, #nix, ricing etc.)
I'm open to constructive feedback on my videos in this regard
