I don't think there is any question it was Israel behind both attacks. It's being widely reported in MSM sources that they notified the US immediately in advance of the attack. There's also some evidence that the US or at least US affiliated institutions may have been instructed to turn in their pagers for repair ten days before the pager bombing, implying specific knowledge well in advance of the attack. If that is true, then the US is in effect a knowing coconspirator in a war crime.
