This morning, compañero Jorge communicated via telephone and confirmed that he was transferred to the Reclusorio Sur [South Prison in Mexico City]. He is physically well and is waiting to be assigned to a dormitory in the general population area.
The penal system has given no explanation whatsoever as to the reasons for the transfer.
