"content": "#[0] IIRC bash/unix also throws that error when the interpreter for the file cannot be found. Try `head /usr/bin/pip3` and check the path in the shebang, one other explenation would be an architecture mismatch. But as for the more obvious things: Are you sure python36 is installed?",
