There is a distinct difference between being a free thinker who has thier own ideas and wants to share them, and making 90-100% of your “Contributions” being maximally offensive shitlord trolling.
Unfortunately it generally falls on each individual to distinguish and sort the wheat from the chaff, since you can’t really trust any central authority to do this for you.
