The political problem with Chevron is it is not a punchy political issue. Americans hate regulations, they see it as a restriction on their freedom. What will be hard for the Democrats is to get them excited about is keeping them so their air, water, and food is safe. And to do that I think they will have to promise to expand the court. #uspol
