A sudden trip to my bank and now sitting in the lobby waiting for my new, replacement debit card. A phone call from a so-called Fraud Investigator at my bank asked if I charged $800 to Amazon on it. When he asked for my expiry date I gave that BUT next asked me to give my card number slowly. I refused and said I’d go to my bank. He got angry and said to Hold for his Senior Analyst to confirm my info. Hung up and voosh I came to the bank in a flash. New card less than an hour!
