The conventional Uraiyaasiriyars describe it this way as how Itihasa and Vedas and Manusmrithi also was created by Maayan/ Vinnavan, but I disagree. I am not sure of the meaning of the word பட்ட. பட்ட is generally used in the sense of something being destroyed or killed. Like Eezhathu Patta Paranthakkan, Sedi Pattu Poyiduchu etc. I am guessing that's the same sense the OG Paasuram could have meant. That is in the light of Maayan's Maayai, all this is obiliterated and only Bhakti towards him
