This is my honest opinion about Lightning.

I don't see LN as a long lasting thing. I mean it is since years in development and it is still horrible to use.
As serious business it is realy problematic. You don't have time to debug it hours over hours. And when payments fail you loose potential customers. The don't see if and don't care if the problem is you or LN itself.

I also reached a point now that when I see the option for Monero or LN payments, I take the easy way which is Monero. And there is a guarantee that the payment goes through.

Last week I spent few hours to debug my LN node because it had some troubles. I don't. have time for that, I run a business and have other things to do.
