which must be relay default behavior?
a) on EOSE he remove the filters subscription;
b) he always keeps the filters subscription, except if client unsubscribe or close connection and exception;
c) relays have custom behaviors;

if (a) is the default behavior, how I keep observing a filter after EOSE? So my client can keep listening to chat messages, for example.
