This week I found *two* distinct problems with Safari+VoiceOver with one interactive element getting its name from another interactive element using `aria-labelledby`. One problem is in macOS only (since at least Safari 17.4), the other is in iOS/iPadOS only and is new, a regression introduced in (or since) version 18.
