I like Apple Maps for driving navigation these days. I find the directions much less stressful than Google Maps as it gives lane guidance plenty in advance including subsequent lanes and turns when they’re close together.

The ETA also seems decently accurate. Just completed a 70km drive into the city with repeated congested sections of speed reduced from 100km/h to 60 and the ETA at the start was within 1 minute of actual.
