with the crazy timezone of this island being almost a full hour ahead of the latitude, friday night sunset is about 9pm, will be 8pm in a couple of days, and that is best being my bedtime anyway, aside from the Sabbath, any day all week

it also means if i choose to fast on a given Sabbath i can make the fast a full 24 hours and break it at sunset... which works out neatly if i get invited to a party or whatever

anyway, yeah, it seems like a clear guidance conveyed by you for me to follow... and not, as you say, for purely hedonistic or health purposes but primarily for my spirit
