npub1gmx4vz0z4waf3ff40j7vdy7stdn4c0gne6lkd0pwtae46lzph4mqajatcq (npub1gmx…atcq) the state I live in (NH) tried to pass a law last year or the year before that would allow any man who wants to claim to be the fertilizer to object to an abortion and stop it from happening. No corroboration necessary.
It didn’t pass, but the one allowing cashiers to deny you birth control, even condoms, if it goes against their value passed.
Imagine trying to pass a law that would allow any woman who claims to sleep with a guy to object to him getting Viagra and that would make him unable to get it? Or for the pharmacist to decline to sell Viagra if it goes against their values? 😂
We had a lawmaker trying to pass a law that would prohibit gynecologists from denying a woman a hysterectomy based on her childbearing status. I don’t think it went anywhere, but she tried. She had a life-threatening condition and they made it worse by refusing to give her a hysterectomy because she might want to have babies someday (despite her being very vocally childfree by choice) or some nonsense like that.
