Of course Geoff weighed about 40% more than Arnold, because (a) he was 3 inches taller and (b) he didn't starve and dehydrate himself to look insane.
But even when you correct for that weight difference, Capes was a much much stronger person than Schwarzenegger. Who in turn was a much much stronger person than anybody you or I will ever meet.
