I in no way support the billionaire oligarch brigade, but there's a difference between a Roman salute and a NAZI salute. Elno prob'ly looked it up the night before, explaining the awkwardness that put his hand so high, but seriously, you'd be far stupider than even him to make a NAZI salute on TV!
