We resigned our lease for another year at a $90 increase. That's a $400 increase over the last three years. I assure you there was no $400 a month wage increase in the same timeframe we've just had to do with less. There are lots of apartments currently available or being built in our area but most of the units are "affordable" and we don't qualify. The whole situation is depressing.
