The ethnic make-up of FTSE100 businesses boards is approaching what would expect from the proportion of people in the population identifying as being from a non-while background in the last census.
While 18% self-identified as non-white, ethnic minorities now make up 13% of directors (a continuing increase year-on-year).
Whether this will offer an advantage to businesses is a more long-term Q., but certainly may help them reflect their consumer base.
