Watching Strategy executing on 17 of the planned 21 billion through the ATM the last months has been massively impressive.
They managed to capture a huge amount of premium, while the stock at present time is still hovering around 2 mNav.
They are now switching to the CB, which I see as a big turning point of the 21/21 strategy.
The beach ball is pushed deep underwater by Bitcoin going sideways and ATM deployment.
As they deploy CB and add leverage, the beach ball starts to wiggle.
What makes it escape the hand is yet to see, but could be one of several things. FASB Q1 and the market eye opener that could follow, US or other Strategic BTC reserve, unrealised gains tax signal from the IRS or any other news that causes Bitcoin to appreciate.
Note: Could they leave some portion of the ATM to accommodate the STRK dividend? That would be a slick way to make sure they can easily pay the dividend without using the cash flow from the legacy operations.
