"content": "these are definitely words. I tend to be using older hardware, so that definitely helps. My Dad, who was put off by all the spyware of windows 11, recently made the switch. Fortunately one of my sisters' partners helped with the step up. He probably would have managed himself, it isn't so hard, but hand holding never goes amiss. Interesting to me was that the partner went for Debian, not mint. I haven't asked why, but I guess that it is because Debian is now really mature and really stable. It is not going to break when my Dad updates it and it is very easy to use",
