Hm, I bet I could ferment in a repurposed PolyKeg... they're virgin PET with screw-on top fitting... really that ought to be fine, and I bet I can adapt the tops to do venting/blow-off and also top pressure/carb if needed. Could possibly pressure dispense from them too (coz bugger bottling).
