My opinion only and I am still thinking through all this, so no attacks please.
Nick Fuentes is anti-semitic and his calls to kill all non-Xtians, including Jews, is a hate crime. Saying that the UN erred in establishing another religious state, Israel, in the Middle East (based on what was written in Torah and Mishnah!!!) was a mistake is not.
Calling for the killing of any group of people solely on the basis of culture, religion, ancestry, etc is a hate crime and anti-whatever. As is calling any groups of people sub-human and should also be classed as a hate crime in the US and should be globally condemned by the US and UN. As in the cases in which US Blacks were called that and cases in which ultra-rightist Israeli cabinet officials called Palestinians that.
All that said, many people in the US and elsewhere have called for genocide of many groups with no outcry. Heck, one Bush era Repuke even called for the neutron bomb carpet bombing of all areas north and east of Israel, to only mild tsk-tsks.
It is time to rethink the need for anti-vilification laws in the US and find a way to apply them.
