When are we gonna stop with the "Stranger Danger" crap? over 90% of the time, it friends, family, or friends of the family that harm, rape, kidnap and murder kids. Teach your kids to watch out for these folks, not some stranger. Of course, on occasion a horrible incident of a stranger stealing or harming our children does happen, but focusing on that leaves parents and children MORE vulnerable to the real larger threats!
