The discussion of Bitcoin frequently turns to the subject of "regulation". As a libertarian, I loath the subject. It sickens me. Everyone always caves when it comes to regulation. I figured I would fight regulation with my own Bitcoin regulation. Here it is :
1. Anyone convicted of stealing Bitcoin gets a mandatory 10 years in prison for 1st offense.
2. Anyone convicted of stealing Bitcoin, 2nd offense, gets 25 years in prison.
3. Anyone convicted of stealing more than 1 Bitcoin where it is not returned gets life in prison.
4. Any failed prosecution of any developer results in 10× economic damages to said developer.
5. Zero "KYC" laws will ever be valid.
6. All transactions will be considered private by name and organization, unless convicted.
7. After a theft conviction, sentences can be reduced 30% IF ALL Bitcoin is returned.
8. a new constitutional right to private transactions.
There is the fucking regulation ! I'll take nothing less
