This cracks me up. 30 years ago, it was sea levels are going to rise and miami and NYC will be under water in 30 years. Then no visible difference so now it doesn't matter, you don't have to be able to see it, it's happening underground. nevermind that the older the buildings get the weaker they are bound to become. And never mind that all the evidence is based on hypotheses that are themselves unproven. just be afraid, and pay up and live crappy lives, so the rich can lord it over you.
