Happy Monday! I started the day listening to an album that appeared in my TL over the weekend thinking, as much as I love this artist this album didn't impress me over 20 years ago. As I thought it sounded a bit emotionally flat and he'd maybe lost his edge. Maybe time and age has changed my idea.
Today's listen makes me wonder if it was autotune that took out the rawness, I just had no idea at the time that autotune was a thing beyond making Cher sound electronic 🤣
