Im a firm believer that Half-Life: Alyx is one of the best looking games ever made, it is absolutely gorgeous in a world where everything else has become Unreal Engine 5 slop.

It sucks that it's a VR exclusive, because it gives me a headache and VR as a platform still has only a hand full of games even almost 5 years after this Gem. I tried downloading the nonVR mod for Alyx and it was fun to look at the pretty graphics, but the game feels dull and the combat is too easy in flat screen.

I really hope we get a normal Source2 Half-Life before Gaben kicks the bucket and Valve goes fully to shit
