If you've been bereft since the greatest medical drama of all time finished in 2009 (it's "ER," we're not doing a poll because what other answer could there possibly be?!) then tonight is your night. Two episodes of "The Pitt" are landing on MAX, with new episodes dropping weekly on Thursdays. The show is set in the emergency department of Pittsburgh Medical Trauma Hospital and was created by "ER" exec producer R. Scott Gemmill, with the pilot directed by "ER" showrunner John Wells. It also stars Noah Wyle as Dr. John Carter — oops, we mean Michael “Robby” Rabinovich, no longer a fresh-faced med student but now an empathetic attending physician. The estate of "ER" creator Michael Crichton has claimed its an "un-authorized reboot," but nprofile1qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnddaehgu3wwp6kyqpqnz2ucf0rhxxfadcynf5as83cvdqrxlerp4qlsdxmvj3urm8svglqmvq0kj (nprofile…q0kj) says it's much more. Here's their review.
