Same goes with things like inheritance tax or estate taxes. Just because you passed away the state is 'entitled' to +-25% of your estate. Let me not even start with donations tax where you must pay normal income tax on your earnings and if you want to donate anything of what's left there's another whopping +-20% donations tax as well.
Have to agree with the saying that taxes are nothing more than legalised theft.
