In honor of Donald Sutherland, I encourage you all to watch the fantastic 1971 neo-noir film, “Klute.” It features an Oscar-winning performance from Jane Fonda (that she totally earned) and is the first of Pakula’s “paranoia trilogy” - but Sutherland’s understated performance is one of my favorites of his.
