So youngest noticed yesterday the metal tray under the washer was full of water. So today was unstacking the washer/ dryer, drying everything out, leak testing. Two trips to hardware store.
And the caulk around tub failed. Re-calking is tomorrow’s project.
So for the holidays we’re playing fix it whack a mole and so far have not had to call a plumber. 🤞
