FINALLY BACK AT THE GYM & HIT ANOTHER PERSONAL RECORD!
I increased the weight on the duo squat from 185 lbs to 210 lbs! 😎
It’s been two weeks since I’ve been to this gym which is my longest hiatus in the last 20 months of attending. I did go to my second gym once last week but it just doesn’t hit the same.
Full Body Workout:
Rope tricep press down 30 lbs
Tricep pushdown 110 lbs
Pull downs 90 lbs
Leg press 470 lbs
Dou squat 210 lbs PR
Core:
Leg raises
Toe touches
Bicycle crunches
30 sec 6 inch hold with crunch at top
60 sec plank
