It might be alright to say you're dealing with a hyper or hypo *moment* with a sense, but senses fluctuate with our physical state and mood, and we might be hypersensitive to certain STIMULI and hypo to others within the same sense- like my ears being hypersensitive to squeaking, bass, or music, and hyposensitive to Human voices.",
