We’re having smoky tuna for lunch. You open a can of tuna in oil, lay a couple of sheets of kitchen paper over the top, so that it starts to soak into the oil. Then you light the paper on fire.

It burns out by itself, leaving a can of slightly warm tuna with a very smoky flavour.

Best done outside of course, and watched very carefully so it’s not a fire hazard. But it does make lunch fun!
