Anyone have recommendations on distro for an HTPC+more on a 64-bit box? It has 4GB but PopOS froze almost immediately after booting the install so I'm thinking I need something lighter weight.
Oh it's on a spinning drive too, if that helps. The case is a special form factor that only space for 1 drive. Which also makes me ask, should I install the OS on a USB drive and just boot from that? Is #linux unrunnable from a spinning drive now? Can't tell if that's where we are yet.
