As Vitor Pamplona (nprofile…aswu) was saying, Amethyst has added the ability to use ncryptsecs for login.

Essentially you can encrypt your nsec with a password, and write "nostr:<ncryptsec>" to an NFC tag.

Then it's just a matter of scanning the tag with any phone with Amethyst installed, entering the password and you'll have access to your nostr. As soon as you close out of Amethyst, it will be like you had never signed in.

In my case, I have my ncryptsec written to an implanted tag. I could leave my phone at home, travel to another country, install amethyst on any phone and tap my tag and I'd have access to all my notes again.

It's an awesome option with a lot of use-cases, especially in locations where freedom of speech or communications are being restricted.
