You assume rape is about attraction. Hence, bad takes viz beauty/age of victims. You think castration can solve the problem. But you don't notice that the most brutal rape-murders involve objects/weapons, not body parts. The castration argument assumes that rape is on a continuum of desire. In fact, it is on a continuum of hate, of 'othering' women + men of other religion/race. Didn't evidence of the rape of male arabs show us? Would you advocate castration for cops/soldiers too?
