Better than what I think, this is an exact calculation. Note that there is a short delay after Bob falls from 12M before he receives any light from Alice after she has started falling from 11M, because of the way you specified the initial conditions.
Of course this is much the same as what I showed previously, when the different astronauts were falling from the same radial coordinate, but at different times.
