What's the big deal with all these little Chinese clay teapots? Why do some cost 10 bucks and others cost 1000s? Why do teaheads care so much about clay?

A beautiful clay teapot can be:

1. A work of handmade art.
2. A way to enhance the experience of teas.
3. An object that grows and changes as you use it more. The tea changes the clay as the clay changes the tea.

And? I just think they're neat.
