#grief #healing I have been looking back at some of my old posts and feel like I was a shadow of my former self . Feelings of disconnection, needing to connect to people constantly other than my own family and friends to get through this time has been a life changing experience. Numbness turned to anger and frustration then finally tears. Finally let go of the pain 😌
