Credit where credit is due, Labour did do a few things that addressed some of the issues I raised in that piece. Like extending the "bright line" test to 10 years, a much simpler solution than the whole 'exception for the family home' malarkey. Also banning non-residents from owning property here. Both of which the NatACTs are planning to reverse 🤦
