I may have gone a little overboard on the read making today but I had some to make and some experiments I wanted to try. To use a Julia Child quote from Julie & Julia, “Pretty good…but not great…” :) Still pleased for being out of practice and it is delicious regardless. #bread #baking #sourdough #YeastMasters
