Many NHS GICs enforce a non-scientific range of 400 to 600 pmol/L (~109 to 163 pg/mL) for trans fem patients.
Some may allow a greater range of 350 to 750 pmol/L (95 to 204 pg/mL).
It is therefore always morally and medically acceptable to lower your dose before a blood test to ensure that they prescribe you a high dose, rather than keeping you on a low dose.
They do NOT know best about trans fem healthcare.
