I've had many bosses who were assholes. One somehow got ahold of a pad of Arby's applications (back when businesses used to take paper apps). He kept it on the corner of his desk. If you came into his office with a complaint he didn't like, he'd rip an application off the pad and hand it to you. He thought he was funny.
He somehow got promoted to boss a larger group of people. Not quite 3 months later, 9 of 17 people who worked under him had left, including me, number 9. No idea what happened after that.
