My wife made some homemade chimichurri tonight. If you haven’t had it give it a try! Simple, easy and great on just about anything. I really enjoy it on my steak.
1 cup parsley
1 cup olive oil
4 Fresno red peps
Tsp 1.5 oregano
Tsp salt
Tsp black pepper
3-4 tbs red wine vinegar
5 cloves garlic
