Blaue Division («Blue Division» in German), is the name given to the soldiers from the İberian Peninsula who fought for the German forces in the Second World War. İt was composed by Spanish soldiers and Viriatos (Portuguese soldiers who fought for the forces of Francisco Franco in the Spanish Civil War).

Diogo was a Portuguese Viriato fіghting for the Blue Division. One day, he was shaving his beard before the mirror. Then, suddenly, he had a premonitory vision.

He saw himself fіghting against the Russian troops. Then, a Russian bomb fell in his trench, killing all of his comrades around him. Diogo fіrmly grabbed his image of the Virgin Mary. Suddenly, he saw before him a mysterious fіgure clad in black.

[Figure clad in black]: Actually, you’ll survive. Not because of your foolish faith in this ridiculous image, but because İ wish so. But there’s a price to pay for that.

Then the fіgure grabbed Diogo by his arms and looked into his eyes.
Então, a fіgura agarrou Diogo pelos braços e o encarou.
