At the start of 2024, I decided to take my physical health more seriously. Now, 365 days later, I’m proud to see that my hard work has made me stronger and more athletic than I once was.

My goal for 2025:
While I remain focused on my physical fitness journey, I will also prioritize my mental health.

This looks like:
- reading more
- spending more time away from my phone
- having meaningful discussions
- living with humility
