My wife makes this thing she calls Greek pizza. But its not really pizza and its not really Greek. It good though. She puts something like brucheta on a pizza crust then a thin layer of mozzarella then ground lamb that she browned with seasoning. Then kalamata olives, feta cheese and banana peppers. Then bakes it. When I first saw it, I thought it was gonna be gross, but I was pleasantly surprised.
